Thank you. Yes, this is much more my speed! I wondered if it would be interesting enough, but everything needs some quiet moments. And I like how it came out.
(Human beings are complicated enough. I'm not sure how one could love an elf.)
Side note: I just noticed that the subtitle reads "I made buttered noodles," which gave me a relief because I was about to judge her for cooking only noodles. (I understand that there's baby brain and all, but girl please put some sazon in your pasta, lol)
😂 you caught me on the subtitles again! It was ‘buttered noodles’ in the original, and then I removed the extra word so the sentence would scan better. I guess I didn't get it everywhere.
My mom is actually not *quite* Midwestern enough for me to have ever had buttered noodles, but my impression is that they're still really plain? I have to have sauce. I do know people who eat spaghetti with just oil on it, and I know it's an Italian thing but it still baffles me.
That's romance on my level. Two people who care for each other and share their days.
Romance doesn't always have to involve heated sex with elves. 😏

This is so sweet! I love them. Even when they’re both (but mostly Baz, if we’re being real) punks.
Oh, they deserve each other. I do love them so much, though! Thank you.
Thanks for the sugary sweet break. I'm ready for the impact of the next installment.

Listen, with a good olive oil that’s all you need for your pasta. Add garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes to that and you’re golden.
And yes, I imagine butter and pasta is still terribly plain. I was throwing her a bone there, haha.
